Dizi Event Buro Grand Opening celebration will take place Sunday, February 19, 2017 in MEL SPACE, Moscow, Russia. Fun will start at 12:00 am.

 

Newly engaged couples and everybody who is interested to plan with us a great event will be called upon to join Dizi Event Buro and local vendors at our Grand Opening. Eye catching brochures and business cards will be handed out at local bridal shows and placed at various locations throughout the city, including, restaurants, bridal salons, jewelry stores, and floral shops. Vendors have also agreed to post the flyer for the grand opening in their place of business.  

 

Admission will be free, but guests will be asked to make donations to help those in need. Every person whose donation will be more them 15$ will get a raffle ticket, that will have the chance to win the Grand Prize of a romantic stay at Crown Plaza Hotel. And also we will have three winners chosen at random that will receive gift with bride-to-be goodies and a free wedding planning consultation.

 

Guests will be welcomed to the event with a drink and candy bar station containing champagne and sweets. I will greet guests and have them fill out a profile card. They will also recieve a gift bag which will include a notebook, a pen with the DiZi Event logo, information on our business, vendor fliers and samples.

 

Guest will arrive to see the indoor space decorated in white, blush pink and serenity colors. White hydrangeas and peonies will adorn the space. Vendors will be set up at various tables along the edges of the room and will be available to talk to guests about their services guests can ask them any questions they may have. There will be a live DJ playing music to set the scene.

 

After the meet and mingle I'll begin my short seminar on tips and tricks for planning a wedding or event that is stress free (and also emphasize why it's important to hire a planner).

Later our raffle will start and we will choose our winners.

After the raffle we will cut the cake and disco party will begin.
